just came back from thailand.
quite a fun trip.
shopping in bangkok was good.

but it wasnt enough.

day 1.
cannot really rmb what happened.

checked into the hotel.
got the biggest but noisest room.

was roommates with sheena.
it was fun.
went to mbk for lunch and dinner.
shopped there too.

day2.
woke up for breakfast in the hotel.
went to siam centre for early lunch.
then headed to the pool for a friendly swim meet.
had dinner at the sch after that.
quite nice.
made many new thai friends?

not sure.
we performed.
it was fun.
haha.
but we kind of forgot the moves.
hahaha.
did some cheers after that.
it was a good experience.

day3.
went to mbk again.
haha.
SHOPPING!
then we left bangkok after that.
took a 2 hours bus ride to chonburi.
checked into the new hotel and realised that we were the only swimmers on that level.
whatever.
roomed with HAM and cass.
had to support the soccer team right after that.
quite fun lah.
but quite hot.
did some cheers again?

watched date movie that night.
it was stupid.
but quite funny.dont even have a story line lah.

day4.
we had our competition today.
went to the pool and realised we didnt have any events.
so peter spent like 1 hour to get us into events
but only a few of them get to swim the events and the rest of us just got time trials.
how lame is that?
had some national day thing that day too.
sang some songs.
i think we watched shes the man?
it was nice!

day5.
it was better today.
at least more people get to swim events.
haha.
was very hot today.
at least we get to stay in the hotel after the meet.
dont have to support others.
so we stayed in the hotel to watch movies.
hide and seek.
a little of dirty love.
that was so boring man.

and watched yours mine and ours.
i think got more. but i cant rmb.
played indian poker.
had to go to the toilet very badly during the meeting.

last day of competition today.
went to the beach after the meet.

we had an outing on wednesday.

okay.now im updating my blog.haha.i have nothing to write actually,cause there isn't much going on lately.how boring life is.same routine everyday man.wake up,training,breakfast, lessons, break, lessons, lunch, lessons, sleep, training, dinner, study, free time??, sleep..it's like this everyday man.i'm glad it's saturday now.at least i can use my com.but it will soon pass.and a new week of school comes again.sigh.training was like shit this week.it isnt very hard.but its super duper boring.wanted to sleep while training man.keep stopping.and we never even finish the programme.even if it is like 4k only.that's how slow we were.or maybe,how much we stopped.we kept cheating lah.800m only swim like 600.lol.who cares lah.haha.we ran every morning.but its okay.cause it isnt soo hot.quite cooling actually.not many competitions are coming up.sadly.and ting's gonna leave for hongkong next wed.how unfair.i want to go too!haha.but i can't.she's leaving cass and *ahem behind.and another one too.haha.

this week's training is hell man.okay.maybe not week.but the training after school nats.thursday afternoon and friday morning and afternoon was hell.sheesh.the swim isnt hard.but the running was super tiring lah!even when i ran slow for 20 min,i thought i was going to die lah.the HOT sun was draining my energy aaway.you can practically feel the warm air rising up from the floor lah.i think you can just die of heat standing there lah.imagine running.okay.after running,the legs are like so numb lah.and weak also.so painful too!then we had to swim.not very hard.but we had like 45min of 25 sprints.haha.not that bad.i thought we were gonna play lah..since it was only a day after school nats.haha.then on friday morning,we had to run steps.it was so tiring lah.haha.then after running,we had to jump.lol.friday afternoon,running again.so many people skipped training lah.so unfair.those slackers.haha. -.-
napfa test is on the 31st of july.that explains all the running.man.i rather have one super tiring 2.4km run than all these running everyday to have an easy 2.4 run lah.i wonder how the trackers take all these running.i bet i will just die if i have to run like this every single day lah.

took the mrt to orchard after training.

wanted to watch a movie.

hi.i will try to keep this blog alive.cos i made it.lol.i hate blogging lah.but i will do it for en's sake.oh man.i dont know what to blog about.everyone blogs about their training and life in school.but there's nothing going on in school.so.i won't blog about it.and training is too tiring to be remembered.lol.

hmm. wanted to take up jap classes with sheena.but gave up in the end.i havent even started finding for courses!oh well.what a waste man.i think i will NEVER have any extra lessons or whatsoever.-_-;
